   Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0
   International (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0). You may share with
   attribution; no commercial use, no derivatives.

If you adapt the methodology described in the notes by
implementing it in your own code, that code is yours under
whatever license you choose — the CC BY-NC-ND restriction
applies to the prose, not to ideas or methods.
